Where creative leaks attention
Most listings do not lose people at one dramatic moment. They lose them in small, repeated, entirely fixable ways.

It is tempting to look for the single broken thing. Usually there is no single broken thing. There is a sequence of small frictions, each of which is survivable and none of which is, together.
The usual suspects
- 01A gallery that answers the same question three times and another one never.
- 02Type set at a size that is only readable on the screen it was designed on.
- 03A detail that matters being shown at an angle that hides it.
- 04A sequence whose order was decided by file name.
None of those is a catastrophe. All of them are cheap to fix once they are named, which is the whole reason for naming them rather than rebuilding.

The expensive version of this work is a redesign. The useful version is usually a re-ordering.
