Privacy policy
WorkinX Digital (“WORKINX”, “we”) runs workinxdigital.com. This page explains what personal information the site collects, why, who receives it, and how to have it changed or deleted.

What we collect, and why
We only collect what you type into a form, plus the visit data described under Analytics.
Contact page forms
What: Your name, email and message. The main form also asks for your brand, its stage and what you need; the short form at the top asks for a phone number and an Amazon listing link.
Why: To reply to your enquiry.
Free listing teardown
What: An Amazon listing link or ASIN, your work email and, if you choose, your Amazon revenue band.
Why: To make and send the teardown, and to follow up on it.
Newsletter
What: Your email address.
Why: To send the newsletter. We record whether each issue was delivered, and whether it was opened or a link in it clicked.
Job applications
What: Your name, email, phone number, a portfolio or LinkedIn link where the role asks for one, your CV, and your answers to the role's questions.
Why: To assess your application for the role.
Booking a call
What: What you enter in the Calendly booking calendar on the contact page.
Why: To schedule the call. Calendly handles this under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
The site uses Google Tag Manager to load two tools:
- Google Analytics records the pages you visit, where you came from, your device and browser, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and which links you click, which forms you send and how far you scroll.
- Microsoft Clarity records how you move, click and scroll on each page, including recordings of those sessions, so we can see where pages are unclear.
We use these to understand which pages work and to improve them.
Who receives it
We don’t sell your personal information. It is handled by these services, which run parts of the site for us:
- Vercel
- Hosts the website and stores CV files sent with job applications. Like any web host, it keeps server logs of requests, including IP address and browser type.
- Neon
- The database that holds enquiries, teardown requests and newsletter subscribers.
- Resend
- Sends our emails: the newsletter, its welcome email, and the notices our team receives about new enquiries.
- Slack
- Our team gets a message in Slack when an enquiry or teardown request arrives.
- Google Sheets keeps a backup copy of form entries and job applications. Google Analytics measures visits (see below).
- Microsoft
- Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use the pages (see below).
- Calendly
- Runs the booking calendar on the contact page.
Job applications also go to our own recruitment system.
Some of these services store data outside India, including in the United States.
Cookies and browser storage
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies to tell one visit from another.
- Calendly sets its own cookies when you use the booking calendar.
- The site itself stores two things in your browser, not as cookies: whether you have closed or sent the teardown pop-up, so it doesn’t show again; and, for this tab only, a copy of what you just sent through a form, so the confirmation page can show it.
You can block or clear all of these in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, teardown requests and job applications: until you ask us to delete them.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so you aren’t emailed again.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@workinxdigital.us.
- Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, which takes you off the list in one click.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
